Comparison and Contrast-Draft 1

Differences of store and Internet shopping

People now have many different kinds of ways of shopping, such as store shopping and Internet shopping. People can buy things in both ways, but there are three differences between these two shopping ways: convenience, fit or not, and securities.

Internet shopping is very convenient that you can just type a key word and click your mouse and then you find what you want. It only takes you a few seconds. On the other hand, you have to go out for store shopping and find yourself. Store shopping may take you a whole afternoon to find what you want.

If you want to buy clothes by store shopping, you can try it on and see if the clothes fit you or not. You can also see the actual color of clothes. However, if you buy clothes on the Internet, you won't know if the clothes fit you or not until you receive it. Moreover, the actual color may differ from the color you see on the Internet.

Shopping on the Internet is convenient. However, it's not as secure as store shopping. Since you can see real things if you go window shopping, you can see whether there is any defect. But you can only see the real things after your buying and receiving it. In addition, you can return the clothes with a defect if you bought if in a store. But returning the goods is usually unacceptable for some Internet sellers.

Base on these three points, shopping in the store may be better to the consumers, but for me, I would prefer Internet shopping to store shopping because its convenience. Besides, goods on the Internet are usually cheaper than the stores.
